Instructions:
Clean and slice the grass carp, removing bones, and mix with salt and oil.
Beat the eggs, add salt and monosodium glutamate, stir well, and pour into a dish.
Bring a steamer to a boil, place the egg mixture on low heat, and steam for about 7 minutes. Then, add the fish slices and scallion pieces on top, continue steaming for 3 more minutes. Afterward, let it rest for 2 minutes, drizzle with soy sauce and oil, and sprinkle with ground pepper.
