Silken Tofu with Shellfish Broth:
In a shellfish broth, add silken tofu, scallions, and onions. This silken tofu sauce soup, mixed with eggs, is rich in protein and vitamins. If serving this to a child, you may want to reduce the spiciness.

Instructions:

Rinse the shellfish and soak them in salted water, then blanch them in boiling water. Reserve the water for the soup.

Sauté minced garlic and pour in the broth from the previous step.

Add the shellfish to the boiling water and season with a pinch of salt.

Add a suitable amount of silken tofu.

Beat in an egg before removing from heat.

Vegetable and Egg Custard:

Vegetable and egg custard is made from protein-rich eggs, carrots, and onions rich in vitamins. Replacing water with snakehead fish broth can provide additional calcium, making it a highly nutritious option for children. It's easy to make, and many kids enjoy it.

Instructions:

In a small bowl, take half a bowl of cold water, crack an egg, add salt, and beat.
Finely chop carrots, onions, and scallions and mix them in.
Steam for 15 minutes in a steamer.
